Three Things To Do On a Laguna Beach Halloween Night

We tell you where you can go!

  • The annual haunted house at the "Glenneyre Cemetery" (637 Glenneyre) this year is a fundraiser for the Genesta family, and all proceeds from the planned raffle will go towards helping to pay their medical bills -- read more about their situation in this Patch story from September. In addition to the spooky shack, there will be games and other prizes during the party that's set to go from 6-10 p.m.
  • How about a block party or two? Once again, the 400 and 500 blocks of Oak and Brooks Street will be crazy with the trick-or-treaters, so the Laguna Beach Police Department is helping out by closing the streets off to traffic. Sounds like fun, unless you're looking for parking ...
  • Then there's Bruce White's also-annual Dead Man's Party throwdown going off at the White House. Do costumes and alcohol mix? You be the judge by sifting through our photo gallery from last year's party right here.

Anything else going on in the city tonight that you want to let everyone know about? Post it in the Comments section below.

Also: all that talk you've ever heard about poisoned Halloween candy? A huge urban legend!
