CrossFit athletes hike to Laguna Food Pantry to deliver 1,000+ lbs. of food

Last Saturday, Nov. 2, more than 50 athletes, a few fit kids and a dog hiked over the hill from Aliso Viejo with backpacks filled with nonperishables for the Laguna Food Pantry at 20652 Laguna Canyon Road. The "Hike for Hunger" walkers were from Aliso Viejo's Aliso CrossFit and CrossFit Reform of Rancho Santa Margarita. They hiked five miles carrying more than 1,000 lbs. of food in backpacks to donate for those most in need - many of them residents of Aliso Viejo and other neighboring communities. The Pantry provides supplemental food to people who live, work, and  attend school in Laguna Beach. Volunteers and donations are always welcome. www.lagunafoodpantry.org
