No, instead of terrorist goats, these kids are far more heroic, since their job is to lounge around the hills of Laguna Beach all day and eat up the dry grass and vegetation, a cost-effective method by the city to clear the land of a major source of wildfire fuel, which has caused major destruction in the city in the past, most notably during the 1993 firestorm.This video footage was shot today in the lot next to Tivoli Too! on Laguna Canyon Road.
