Meet Joshua Bell - 2012 Laguna Beach Music Festival

Grammy Award-winning violinist Joshua Bell has enchanted audiences worldwide with his breathtaking virtuosity and tone of rare beauty. In additional to numerous classical recordings, he has become a household name thanks to his many soundtracks including the Oscar-winning score for The Red Violin. For this concert he will be accompanied by pianist Sam Haywood in a recital of gems from the classical repertoire, plus the beloved Schubert Trout Quintet with double bassist Edgar Meyer, and Calder Quartet violist Jonathan Moerschel and cellist Eric Byers. Laguna Beach Music Festival is a week-long blend of concerts, salons, informal talks and social events presented by Laguna Beach Live! and the Philharmonic Society.
