Sawdust Winter Fantasy

More than 170 exhibitors will sell their art on the Sawdust Art Festival grounds. Art media will include jewelry, clothing, fused and blown glass, ceramics, woodwork, forged metals, painting and sculpture. There will also be free and low-cost art projects for children and adults; art demonstrations, including glass-blowing; entertainment; four outdoor cafes; and visits with Santa. 

Schedule for Dec. 9-11:

  • “Holiday Painting” with Karen Talbot, Dec. 9, 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m., ages 3 and up.
  • “Holiday Lanterns” with Evelda Loftsgaard, Dec. 9, 4-5:30 p.m., ages 5 and up.
  • “Make a Paper Poinsettia” with Lupe Blanton, Dec. 10, 2-3 p.m., ages 6 and up.
  • “Challenging Location Photography” with Ret Talbot, Dec. 10, 4-5 p.m., ages 12 to adult.
  • “Tree Ornament Wreath” with Sawdust staff, Dec. 11, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., ages 6 and up.
  • “Digital Photography” with Mary Gulino, Dec. 11, 4-5 p.m., all ages.
