Help Stuff the Ballot Box for Laguna Beach's Tay Barton!

Make Tay Barton the Next Big Thing!

Rebecca Black? Sooo last year.

Time for a new Orange County-based teen singing sensation, and Laguna Beach High's Tay Barton could be the Next Big Thing ... but she needs your help.

Barton, who's all of 15, is one of five performers competing on Season 4 of Radio Disney's Next Big Thing talent contest—call it American Idol for the teen set. The winner gets to record and release a single through a Disney-affiliated record company.

Wait ... record companies still exist? Apparently!

We've seen Barton's clips, and she sure seems majorly talented—nice non-Auto-Tuned pipes, plays guitar, and loads of personality. And she loves Laguna. Check out this home video of her crooning Carrie Underwood's "So Small" while scoping out the downtown shop windows and romping in the surf.

And here's her Radio Disney profile page, where you can get a better read on what she's all about, and, more importantly, vote for her. Click the link, register your name, and then vote until your click finger falls off. Yeah, there's probably some kind of vote limit, so spead the word amongst your Facebook/Twitter friends.

Go Tay!
