Laguna Beach artist Jorg Dubin and his crew work on assembling the 9/11 memorial sculpture, designed by Dubin and built from two beams of the World Trade Center.
The piece in will be dedicated in a public ceremony at 11 a.m. on Sept. 11, the 10th anniversary of the attacks.
