Get Out: Halloween Events in Laguna Beach

24TH ANNUAL DEAD MAN'S PARTY COSTUME BALL

WHERE/WHEN? at 340 South Coast Highway. Doors open at 8 p.m. on Halloween (Monday).

WHY GO?  This is the first time this shindig is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Dress up, check out the "Electric Chair" and dance to the tunes of Party Foul. For more information, CLICK HERE.

LAGUNA BEACH PARENTS CLUB ANNUAL CHILDREN'S HALLOWEEN PARADE AND DIAPER/CLOTHING DRIVE

WHERE/WHEN?   playground at 4:30 p.m. Thursday (today!), then onto at 213 Ocean Avenue for an after-party

WHY GO?  Get your little ballerinas and superheroes all dressed up and start a tradition by parading through Main Beach. Or just go watch the costumed youngsters in their glory. The LBPC will be collecting boxes of diapers and any outgrown baby/children's clothing you may have. These items will be donated to Illumination Foundation which offers services to Orange County's homeless. For more information, CLICK HERE.

HAUNTED HALLOWEEN PUB CRAWL AND COSTUME CONTEST

WHERE/WHEN? at 213 Ocean Avenue, 7 p.m. Thursday (today!)

PRICE: $15 for five drinks at five different bars.

 

HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY AND OPEN BUFFET

WHERE/WHEN?   at 540 South Coast Highway from 6-9 p.m. Friday.

WHY GO?  Party and enjoy hummus, Mediterranean salads, kebabs and gyros while in disguise. Watch a fabulous belly dancer perform at 7:30 p.m. while sipping wine or Turkish coffee. For more information, CLICK HERE.

WHERE/WHEN?   at 307 Cliff Drive, 1 p.m. Sunday.

WHY GO?  Official opening day for the museum's new show, part of the broader Pacific Standard Time exhibition which is taking place throughout SoCal. Curator Grace Kook-Anderson will lead you through the museum and discuss innovative UC Irvine instructors and artists such as DeLap, Irwin, Celmins, Smith, Burden and Buchanan. PRICE:  General admission, $12. Students/seniors/active military, $10. Children under 12 and museum members, free. The walk-through is free with admission.
