24TH ANNUAL DEAD MAN'S PARTY COSTUME BALL
WHERE/WHEN? at 340 South Coast Highway. Doors open at 8 p.m. on Halloween (Monday).

WHY GO? Get your little ballerinas and superheroes all dressed up and start a tradition by parading through Main Beach. Or just go watch the costumed youngsters in their glory. The LBPC will be collecting boxes of diapers and any outgrown baby/children's clothing you may have. HAUNTED HALLOWEEN PUB CRAWL AND COSTUME CONTEST

WHY GO? Official opening day for the museum's new show, part of the broader Pacific Standard Time exhibition which is taking place throughout SoCal. Curator Grace Kook-Anderson will lead you through the museum and discuss innovative UC Irvine instructors and artists such as DeLap, Irwin, Celmins, Smith, Burden and Buchanan.
