WHERE/WHEN: Laguna Beach Unified School District parking lot, 550 Blumont St. Saturday, January 14, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

WHY GO? Bring up to three copy-paper-sized boxes or equivalent size bags of personal and confidential paper documents. No need to remove paper clips, binder clips, staples or rubber bands. Shredded documents will be recycled and made into paper products. It's secure, environmentally conscious and community-based.

LAGUNA BEACH BOOKS HOSTS AN EVENING WITH ELIZABETH GEORGE AND T. JEFFERSON PARKER
