Video: 'Waterman's Wall' Sculpture Dedication Ceremony

Several dignitaries attend the event.

Artist Randy Morgan's bas relief sculpture "The Waterman's Wall" was formally dedicated Thursday afternoon in downtown Laguna Beach.

The three-years-in-the-making piece is now on view outside the Hobie store on Beach Street. It depicts a day in the life of people who partake in water culture—surfers, lifeguards, skimboarders and stand-up paddlers.

Several Laguna dignitaries spoke at the dedication, including Hobie's Mark Christy, Mayor Jane Egly and filmmaker Greg MacGillivray.
