Orange County’s homegrown Mexican/Brazilian/Asian fusion food restaurant will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year by offering specials on the 25th of each month during 2013. Friday they’ll be selling their signature item, the fish taco, for 25 cents.
Wahoo’s has lots of local locations, including:

I assume you could get into line multiple times if you have nothing else to do. But she told me only one fish taco @ $0.25 per customer. And I assume the line will be very long too. Naturally, you can get the fish taco combo but it's over $3.
