VIDEO: Early Morning Flood Footage
Video captured in downtown Laguna Beach this morning, just before and just after dawn, as the flood waters reached their peak.
This video was captured early this morning as the flood waters that inundated downtown Laguna Beach were at their peak level. Included are stores heavily damaged with mud and debris; the dramatic sand erosion at Main Beach; water shooting out from the flood channel on Broadway; and the beginning of skiploader clean-up efforts on Coast Highway.
