Village Laguna's General Membership Meeting to Feature Long-Time Resident, Arnold Hano's, New Book

Village Laguna will hold its June general membership meeting at the Unitarian-Universalist Fellowship, 429 Cypress Drive, Laguna Beach, at 7 p.m. on Monday evening, June 24th.  Long-time resident, Arnold Hano, will be featured, reading from his new book, a compilation of columns that have been published over more than fifty years in various Laguna Beach newspapers and journals.  The book, as described by Dan Duling, is a "smart, provocative and thoroughly entertaining guide to life in Laguna Beach" and one which reveals "the author's deeply rooted commitment to celebrating and preserving Laguna's unique quality of life."  The book will be available for purchase for $15 each and Arnold will be available to sign your copy at the meeting.  A slideshow of the unique and developing South Laguna Garden Park will also be presented.  Refreshments will be served.  The public is invited!
