Laguna Beach's Cliff Restaurant is inviting the community to a free night of Halloween festivities.
On Halloween from 6-10 p.m., the Cliff Restaurant will host the second annual "Music Matters” Halloween concert and costume contest. The event will feature Robert Jon & The Wreck, winners of the "Best Live Band" by the 2013 OC Music Awards. Alice Wallace will open the show accompanied by guitarist Tom Bremer. Alice is fresh off the release of her second album "A Thousand Miles From Home," and mixes country, folk, blues and yodeling into her own original compositions.
The event will be held at the restaurant's Fireside Theatre, 577 South Coast Highway.
