Food is provided by the White House and Las Brisas Restaurants.  Local firefighters and police officers will flip the flapjacks. The cost of the breakfast is $5.

The Pancake Breakfast is a major fund-raiser for the Exchange Club. All proceeds are donated to child abuse prevention and community and youth projects.
