Community Update

We do not need a monument to Counsel's legacy-
We need:
1. clean streets and sideways ALL over town- could barely walk down Oak St or Thalia to beach so filty and slippery - has not been cleaned in a long time.  I walk the streets and sideways and there are disgusting.  1 place to spend money.
2.  Act 5 would make a fine 5 or 6 story parking structure and shuttles in and out.  Let our visitors come but leave their cars there.
3.  We need restrooms all over town not just down down.  We advertise for people to come to Laguna and do not have public restrooms for beach goes which is our largest attraction.
The entrace to Laguna could have a few lovely trees and be done with it we do not need a NewportBeach kind of monument.  Stupid use of money in these tight times.  Also, we could use a lot more local services for the taxpapers and citizens and not be attracting more cars and conjestion downtown.
Just a few things I care to mention at this time.
