The City of Laguna Beach and its solid waste contractor, Waste Management, are teaming up to host a free composting class for residents on Saturday, October 26. The class will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Community and Susi Q. Center, 380 Third Street. Learn how to recycle your yard and food waste into valuable organic fertilizer for the garden using simple composting techniques. Compost Bins and Worm Bins will be available for purchase during the class at a discounted price to Laguna Beach residents.
