Bike Stolen from Inn at Laguna

A custom bike was stolen from a pick-up truck parked at the underground parking lot at the Inn at Laguna Beach late last month, police reported.

The grand theft was reported on Saturday, Nov. 23 around 11:39 p.m. at the Inn at Laguna, located at 211 N. Coast Hwy., according to Laguna Beach police Capt. Jason Kravetz.

"The male victim told officers that he left his bicycle in the bed of his pick-up truck at 9 p.m," Kravetz explained. "He returned at 11:40 p.m. to find it missing."

The bike, valued at $10,000, is described as a 2013 Scott Genius 710, with a black decal “RADS” logo, Kravetz added.  It also had lizard stickers on the top tube covering the Genius logo.
