Cyclist Airlifted to Hospital After Solo Crash on El Moro Bike Trail

The man complained of tingling in his chest after the crash.

A man in his 40s was airlifted to Mission Hospital on Sunday after crashing his bicycle on the El Moro bike trail.

According to Capt. Marc Stone of the Orange County Fire Authority, paramedics from the Laguna Beach Fire Department responded to the scene around 1 p.m., where the man complained of dizziness as well as tingling and numbness in his chest.

The man was taken by helicopter to the hospital accompanied by the paramedics.
