If your home is lacking working smoke detectors, now's the time to contact the Laguna Beach Fire Department for a freebie that could save lives.
The fire department recently received 150 combination smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors from the county to be given out to the community. The smoke detectors, donated by Home Depot and KABC 7 News, are being distributed as part of the “Prepare Southern California” public awareness campaign.
The smoke detectors will also
installed by the Laguna Beach Fire Department.
