No Fly Zone: Homeless Man Accused of Masturbating in Laguna Beach Library

Laguna Beach police on Saturday afternoon arrested a man accused of masturbating to porn websites on the public computers of the .

The Orange County Register identified the man as Joseph Clairence Cormier II. The Register says that Cormier was one of eight homeless who were using the library's computers at the time to access porn sites.

The library's Internet computers are free and available for public use, and they do not have content blocking filters, except for a few machines which are reserved for children.

When a library patron saw what Cormier was allegedly up to, the witness told him to stop—but Cormier apparently just kept going and going. The cops were then called in at 2:47 p.m. to clean the scene.

Cormier was booked for lewd conduct and later released.
