Laguna Beach American Legion to Conduct 9/11 Remembrance

The ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Legion Hall.

Unlike last year, there apparently won't be a Tuesday to mark the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

But the Laguna Beach American Legion will hold a ceremony on the lawn of Legion Hall to honor the armed forces, police and firefighters

The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a musical prelude, followed by an address by Third District County Supervisor-Elect Todd Spitzer. Seating is limited, and anyone attending is asked to arrive early.
