At 12:45 p.m., the driver of an asphalt truck lost control of his vehicle and rolled it. The incident occurred inside the gates of Allview Terrace in North Laguna. Allview Terrace is a private gated community.
The driver suffered moderate, but non-life threatening injuries. He is a 55-year-old Santa Ana resident who is also the owner and operator of the asphalt truck.
