At Tuesday night's meeting, the City Council is expected to:
- Award a $529,173 contract to Hometown Trolley for the supply of three new propane-powered trolleys.
- Approve the competition guidelines for a temporary sculpture installation inside the red telephone booth on Forest Avenue.
- Approve a "Celebrate Public Art in Heisler Park" festival, with amplified music, for Sunday, May 19, from 2-5 p.m.
- Vote on a proposed two-year economic development action plan, including "objectives and strategies to enhance visitor experience and business retention, expansion, and attraction."
There will also be the usual grab-bag of approvals of minutes, denials of claims, awardings of contracts, receiving of reports, stuff about stuff, and much, much more!
