Tuesday's Pedestrian-Friendly Laguna Beach City Council Meeting Agenda!

Come to the meeting in-person, or watch it in your jammies on the Internet.

At Tuesday night's meeting, the City Council is expected to:

  • Vote on modification options for Glenneyre Street, including enhanced pedestrian crosswalks, a roundabout—fun!—and a traffic engineering study of alternatives for complete streets features.
  • Decide on entering a franchise agreement with Waste Management, a.k.a. The People Who Take Your Trash Away.
  • Vote whether or not to require all businesses located within the Laguna Beach 100-year floodplain (which is most of the city) to install contingency floodproofing measures.
  • Signs on the backs of buses advertising the Laguna Beach Visitors & Conference Bureau's travel information mobile application? They'll vote on that, too.

There will also be the usual grab-bag of approvals of minutes, denials of claims, awardings of contracts, receiving of reports, stuff about stuff, and much, much more!
