Who is Laguna Beach's most talented painter, photographer, sculptor, jewelry-maker, graffiti artist, etc?
Rumor has it that Laguna Beach is home to an artist or two. Or 20,000, which would pretty much be the entire town, and sometimes it feels like everyone here is doing something creative.
But is there a “best” artist? Time to vote on the ones you nominated.
