Laguna Beach Ranked Among America's Priciest ZIP Codes
Laguna Beach ranks among the top 100 areas in Forbes' annual rankings of the most expensive ZIP codes in the country.
Laguna Beach was ranked among the priciest ZIP codes listed in Forbes' annual list of America's most expensive ZIP codes, released last week.
Laguna Beach ranked at number 61 on the annual list compiled by Forbes and Altos Research. The survey analyzed prices in more than 22,000 ZIP codes across the country over a 90-day period and looked at the median asking price for single-family homes and condominiums. The analysis was limited to ZIPs where 10 or more residences were on the market.
According to the magazine's analysis, the median home price during the survey period in Laguna Beach was $2,279,573. A home, on average, remains on the market in this area of the city for 137 days, and at the time of the survey, there were 312 properties listed.
