Benefit Concert for the Laguna Beach High Student Newspaper This Friday

The Jan. 11 show, with music from some great bands, will help pay the paper's production costs and buy new equipment.

Submitted story by the Laguna Beach Unified School District:

On January 11, the Second Annual Brush and Palette Benefit Concert is being held to help raise funds for the Laguna Beach High School newspaper. The concert will be held 6:30 p.m. at the Artists Theatre. Student tickets are $10 and adult tickets are $15.

Principal Joanne Culverhouse states, “The students in the Journalism class are dedicated, focused and talented writers. They investigate and report on important issues and trends related to LBHS. The paper is a significant part of our tradition and school culture and the concert will serve the dual purpose of supporting the efforts of our journalists as well as providing an evening of outstanding music and fun.”
