Get Out: What To Do This Weekend in Laguna Beach

WHERE/WHEN? , 2100 Park Avenue. Sign up on Friday from 1-6:30 p.m. to consign or donate clothes/equipment. Sale is on Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., with 50 percent off sale happening the same day from 3-4 p.m.
WHY GO? Buy and sell gently-used sports equipment and clothing. You set the price, Thurston sells it. Thurston gets 40 percent of the sale, and you get 60 percent. Everybody wins! For more information, CLICK HERE.

DISNEY'S ALADDIN, PRESENTED BY LAGUNA BEACH HIGH'S PARK AVENUE PLAYERS
WHERE/WHEN? Black Box Theatre, 2100 Park Ave. Showtimes for this weekend: Friday at 4 & 7 p.m.; Saturday at 7 p.m.; Sunday at 2 & 5 p.m.

LAGUNA PLAYHOUSE YOUTH THEATRE MUSICAL OPENING NIGHT AND GARAGE SALE THE NEXT MORNING
WHERE/WHEN? , 606 Laguna Canyon Rd. Friday, 7 p.m. (musical). The garage sale is at the playhouse starting at 7 a.m. Saturday.
WHY GO? Friday evening, come watch the world premiere of Looking For Home: A Story From The Orphan Trains presented by LPYT performers. The musical "examines the historical railroad transporting of orphaned children from the streets of New York City to the Great Plains." The next morning, show the youngsters more support by purchasing cool stuff at the LPYT garage sale. CELEBRATE ZERO TRASH'S 4TH BIRTHDAY

WHY GO? Help clean up the city you love. In return, you'll receive 20 percent off clothing at Hobie, 50 percent off all food at Avila's El Ranchito, or 10 percent off clothing at Thalia. BLACK UHURU'S ANDREW BEES AT MOZAMBIQUE

WHY GO? Experience something spiritual at Mozambique's Reggae Sunday, with Andrew Bees. Bees was the lead singer for Black Uhuru for almost a decade, and he will be performing songs from his new CD, Give Jah Thanks and Praise.

FAMILY SUNDAY FUN DAY AT LAGUNA COAST WILDERNESS PARK
WHERE/WHEN? (east side of Laguna Canyon Rd./SR-133, just north of the 73 toll road). Sunday, 2:30-4:30 p.m.
WHY GO? volunteer naturalist Kimberly Leeds will be on hand to take your family on an adventure, complete with games and nature activities.
