LBUSD Elementary Schools Kindergarten and New Student Registration Schedule

El Morro Elementary School and Top of the World Elementary School Kindergarten and New Student Registration are scheduled at the respective elementary school sites this spring. 

El Morro Elementary School, 8681 North Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, schedule:

Evening Kindergarten Parent Orientation - Tuesday, April 3,  6:00 p.m.
Kindergarten Registration - Tuesday, April 24, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
Kindergarten Parent Orientation - Thursday, May 17, 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Top of the World Elementary School, 21601 Tree Top Lane, Laguna Beach, schedule:

Registration - Wednesday, May 2, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
Parent Orientation - For parents of new students entering grades 1-5 - Wednesday, May 23, 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m.
For parents of students entering Kindergarten -
Wednesday, May 23, 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

In order to enroll students, it is necessary for parents to bring the following information to registration:

• Completed Residency Declaration Documents; Residency information is available for download on the LBUSD website homepage, www.lbusd.org. Click Our District in the top menu bar and select Residency Declaration from the left sidebar.  Please print and complete the form to bring to Registration.
• Student Birth Certificate
• Student Immunization Record; yellow immunization record card is preferred
• To register for Kindergarten for the 2012-2013 School Year, students must be five years old on or before November 1, 2012
