Each work of art in the show was created in response to the artist's experience of living in the home cities of the masters, and literally walking in their footsteps. The European Summer Study Program was an artistic journey from Haarlem, Holland, the home of Frans Hals; to Amsterdam, with the home/studio of Rembrandt and the Van Gogh museum; and then on to Aix en Provence, with Cezanne’s home/studio and actual painting sites in the local Provencal landscape.

Please join us for this special exhibition of our personal and inspired responses to the masters of Dutch and French art.
