Tony Hawk's Twitter Hunt Sends Fans Searching in Laguna Beach

By Michelle Mowad

Pro skateboarder Tony Hawk hosted a scavenger hunt on Twitter this weekend with more than 80 treasures hidden throughout the U.S. and a few abroad.

Several prize packs, which included skateboards, were hidden in Orange County, including San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa.

Hawk tweeted out hints throughout the day on Saturday.

He sent treasure hunters to Artists Republic 4 Tomorrow,  during the "Twitter hunt," which he hashtagged #THTH2014.

"LAGUNA BEACH, CA: Go on in, they're open. Tell Torrey 'Neil Blender's Face on Yellow is mine.' #THTH14," he wrote.
