Wednesday Wave Check

Looking like a repeat.

Waking up with the waves on Wednesday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Laguna Beach Patch surf report.  Well, it's looking like a repeat.  Yep, we're seeing a fun size amount of action along most of this stretch of sand.

The conditions are starting off fairly clean, but don't be surprised if things begin to deteriorate sooner than later due the coastal eddie!  As far as the surf goes...we've got mainly slowly fading south southwest swell and very little northwest windswell in the water.

That recipe is offering some fast sectiony lines, with a few good corners.  Most Laguna Beach surf spots are hanging in that knee to stomach high range, with those top south facing breaks pulling some chest high plus sets.

Taking a look at the tides...at 5:50 this morning it drained out to a negative 1.2 low which will have many spots in need of water early to mid-morning.  The tide then pushes back up to a 3.9 high at 12:15 this afternoon.

If you're going to grab a session, that water temperature is feeling a bit warmer laterly, so you can definitely get away with a 3/2 fullsuit, with it averaging between 59 and 61 degrees.  See ya in the water!
