Picnic and a Paddle by Laguna Foodies
When/Where: Friday, June 8, 2 p.m. & 6 p.m. Heisler Park, Cliff Drive and Jasmine Street.
Why go? Enjoy a fun family or romantic picnic on the beach after a stand-up paddleboard tour of the north coves. You'll be sure to work up an appetite, enjoy the coastal views and the beach, and savor every bite of a special gourmet picnic. Laguna Beach Live! Presents: Inside World Music
When/Where: Saturday, June 9, 5:30-8 p.m.
, 286 St. Anns Drive.
Why go? Inside World Music, a cultural music series by Laguna Beach Live!, presents the Turkish-French collaboration of Senem Diyici’s Mavi Yol 4tet. With its original compositions and apt use of modern day technology, Mavi Yol 4tet is in constant motion between jazz and traditional folk music. The quartet offers a magical blend of traditional and contemporary Eastern, Turkish and European musical cultures. With their music, they travel the world, enchanting their audiences wherever they go. A special wine-tasting has been added to the event. Tidepool Walk
When/Where: Sunday, June 10. 9 a.m. , 8471 North Coast Highway.
Why go? Enjoy a low tide at Crystal Cove State Park, where a volunteer will lead a guided tidepool walk to Pelican Point on Sunday. A volunteer will help identify animals and describe some awesome adaptations. Meet at Pelican Point parking lot #2, at the top of the boardwalk near the parking lot. Laguna Craft Guild
When/Where: Sunday, June 10. 9 a.m. to dusk on the cobblestones.
Why go? The Laguna Beach Craft Guild is a non-profit organization created in 1978 to give Laguna Beach artists the opportunity of selling their arts and crafts to the public. They represent a variety of art mediums; potters, glassblowers, textile artists, jewelers and many others as well. For more information, email Lagunacraftguild@gmail.com or click here. The guild doesn't like to compete with the summer art festivals (many of the artists have booths at those as well), so this will be your last chance for beachfront shopping until September.

The 3rd Annual Amazing Steals Auction
When/Where: Sunday, June 10, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Salt Fine Art, 1492 S. Coast Highway, Unit 3.
Why go? The Amazing Steals Auction is back for it’s third time at the always intriguing Salt Fine Art. Baja brunch and mimosas will be served on the patio as Carla Arzente presents 21 lots from world-renowned Latin American artists. Live bidding starts at noon. Portion to benefit Growers First.
