Broaden Your Horizons: Open your home to a high school student from Spain this summer. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about a fascinating country and create a valuable life-long cultural connection for yourself and your family.

For its third year Language Connection is hosting 18 students from Madrid, Spain for a language and cultural experience of a lifetime. Students, age 16-18, will be studying English at Laguna Beach High School from June 26 - July 27, 2013. We are looking for 12 more homes to host these carefully selected students. All host families must be confirmed by June 1, 2013

As a host family you will provide the student with room and board and will give them an opportunity to practice their English language skills. Through shared meals and conversations you will give students insight into American culture and life in Laguna Beach. Students are eager to learn and to experience life in the beautiful seaside town we call home. While hosting you will learn more about Spain and Spanish food, customs and traditions. You will also have a unique opportunity to create an overseas friendship and to give an eager young student the experience of a lifetime.
