Eva's Caribbean Kitchen

Eva's Caribbean Kitchen is a beach cottage that has been remodeled into a quaint restaurant with a Caribbean Island motif. The front outdoor patio is surrounded with large bushes that can make finding this café a little difficult. An extensive menu and a large selection of island drinks make this bistro a very popular spot for dinner. Some of the entrees are Blackened Salmon, Chicken Stew and Pineapple Pork Loin, and there are also soups, salads and the famous "Evamade" desserts. A few examples of these desserts are the Guava Cheesecake, Banana Passion Flambé and West Indian Key Lime Pie.
