Since 2009, Watermarc Restaurant has been serving artistic creations by Chef Marc Cohen, with some favorites including Roasted White Cedar Planked King Salmon and Tomahawk Rib-Eye Steak. Customers can enjoy outdoor patio dining and a great view of Peppertree Lane from the second floor terrace. This restaurant has a fully stocked bar with a large selection of 30 different wines by the glass as well as trademark cocktails such as Hot Lips, Pink Panther and Galapagos. Happy hour is every Sunday through Thursday from 3pm – 6pm, which is a great time to sample one of Watermarc's 26 grazing plates that can be ordered before dinner. The restaurant is located in the center of downtown Laguna Beach, surrounded by art galleries and shops.
