Shaw's Cove

Shaw's Cove lies at the base of Fairview Street. This secluded and beautiful beach is a popular  diving and sportsMore fishing location. This beach is fairly small compared to the others in Laguna, as it is only 500 feet. Most of the diving is done on the west side of the beach. There, divers will find a 50-foot drop and quite a bit of marine life.
Crescent Bay Beach

Crescent Bay Beach is popular for scuba diving. On the far west end of the beach is Seal Rock, where Laguna's sea lionsMore are found. Dead Man's Reef is found near the south end. It serves as a great diving region for its size and shape.

Since 1963, Laguna Sea Sports has been assisting divers with lessons and equipment. Today, the store is stillMore one of the area's go-to locations for everything scuba. Equipment service and air refills are available.  Dive conditions and locations are posted on their website daily along with access points and beaches that are dive ready. 

Special events are scheduled on a regular basis with dive trips to islands off the Southern California coast.  Information about the Laguna Sea Dweller dive club is at this store and on their website. 

Single tank air fills are $6 or with a card, ten fills are $50.  Nitrox fills are $10 or with card, ten fills are $80.  Equipment rentals are always available with expertly maintained equipment. 

A complete line of scuba gear is on-site including tanks, wet suits and everything that you need for a safe dive.  Deposits and a credit card are required for rentals.  Scuba certification information is on their site and is required for all divers.  Free consultation along with free coffee and an equipment rinse tank available everyday.

Mountain Road Beach

Mountain Road Beach is beautiful, but be careful. There are lots of submerged rocks here. Enter and exit the waterMore with caution. Rip currents are always present at this beach. Cress Street Beach is to the north and Bluebird Beach is to the south. Popular activities include surfing, body boarding, fishing and scuba diving.
Aliso Beach

Aliso Beach is one of Laguna's more popular shore points. The entrance is marked by a stone sign and a large parkingMore lot. The parking lot is not free, but the fee is only a dollar an hour. This is a very popular beach for swimmers and surfers. Aliso Beach has a kids' playground, tables and fire pits. Diving in the reef on the east side of the beach is very popular too.
Woods Cove

In order to reach Woods Cove, you will need to turn south at Diamond Street from PCH. Parking is scarce, but a fewMore spaces can be found on Ocean. Diving and snorkeling are the most popular beach activities. The steps leading to the beach are adjacent to a beautiful garden. The entire beach gets wet during high tide.
Cleo Street Beach

Cleo Street Beach is located just blocks from art galleries and restaurants. It is one of the beaches that is closer toMore the downtown area. Parking is limited, so walking from the Coast Highway is probably best. This location is great for diving. Look for Foss 125 or Cleo Street Barge, a wreckage not far from shore that's great for exploring. Skim boarding and sun bathing is also popular at Cleo Street Beach.
Diver's Cove

Diver's Cove is adjacent to Picnic Beach at it's south end. There are drinking fountains, grills, tables and grassyMore areas at the beach. Parking spaces can be found on Coast Highway and there is a change machine nearby for the street meters and the pay phone in the area. The brick building on the beach houses the bathrooms. There is a nice stairwell leading to the waves crashing against scattered large rocks in the ocean. Diver's Cove is a beautiful place for diving and body surfing, but visitors should be careful in the rocky waters.
Table Rock Beach

The  table rock at Table Rock Beach serves as a diving board for all who dare to jump in the ocean, although thisMore has proven to be dangerous. Table Rock is adjacent to Thousand Steps Beach, and you can enter via the steep stairs leading to the shore. This beach is beautiful, a great place for weddings. Photographers can count on capturing great shots of the sunset and tidal waves against the rocky crest.

Reservations should be made as early as possible and off-season rates are substantially lower.
