This is one of the few parks in Laguna Beach that doesn't allow dogs (except hot dogs charring away on the barbecueMore grills, of course), but there is still plenty to keep at least the two-legged mammals busy. With picnic tables, great playgrounds, basketball courts, water fountains, benches, cool public art and a strict no-smoking policy, the park is a pristine place to waste away a perfectly wonderful day.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Close to Crescent Bay beach and park, this hotel has great access for scuba diving, rock fishing, surfing, mountain biking and a large variety of popular beach side activities. Ocean views are available from many of its rooms and weekly rates are available. Many art galleries, shops and restaurants surround Crescent Bay Inn. Reservations should be made as early as possible and off-season rates are substantially lower.

Laguna residents enjoy snorkeling in the waters near Moss Street. There is a rock reef on one side of the beach that isMore nice to walk through. The waves here can get pretty rough, but when the weather is calmer, it makes for a great hangout. Moss Street Beach is in the midst of a residential neighborhood, so it is important to be courteous.  There are very few spaces to park, and the entrance is located near the fenced-in sign reading Moss Point.
