Catharine Cooper, Neighbor

Catharine's a Laguna beach gal who splits her time between the sunny southern California shores and those in Loreto, Baja California.  Writer, photographer, web designer and artist, Catharine's intrigued with the world and all it's manifest variations.  Politics, oceans, the arts, the environment, love, family, and travel make up the adventure that she affectionately calls life. She's currently working on what she affectionately calls the "Six S's" - Surfing, SUPing, Snorkeling, Swimming, Scuba Diving & Sailing.  In or around the water, you know she'll be smiling.
